Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

Diploma in Leadership and Management
Do you want to increase your leadership and management skills and get promoted to a higher paying salary? The ITeC Diploma of Leadership and Management course will help you to develop the skills that are essential for all leaders and managers and will help you stand out from the crowd.
The course looks at the different qualities you may adopt, techniques for motivating and coaching your team, how to develop your emotional skills and how to maximise your use of time.
Certificate III in Retail
ITeC’s Certificate III in Retail will give you a great introduction to the retail world, giving you the basic skills and knowledge to engage and build customer relations, maintain store operations and expectations and work effectively in a team environment for your retail future.
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
ITeC’s Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety course covers essential skills including assisting with WHS compliance, implementing risk assessment controls, identifying hazards and implementing WHS continuous improvement.
The course applies to those working as supervisors, WHS personnel, and workers in other WHS related roles who manage risks effectively, apply relevant WHS laws, and contribute to WHS within the workplace.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Governance – Certificate IV
ITeC’s Certificate IV in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Governance course offers hands-on practical learning experiences to grow the skills and capabilities to help build and maintain strong governance for the organisation. The course also covers understanding obligations and legal and financial requirements as a Board Member and involving the Community to oversee planning, development and implement organisational policies.

Illawarra ITeC offer this course for participants on the Self-Employment Assistance Program delivered by Illawarra ITeC.
