ITeC staff had an incredible day attending a workshop facilitated by the fabulous Barb and Nicola from Leadership Space.
In the workshop, staff developed our values and behaviours and initiated procedures to deliver ITeC’s strategic plan for 2023-2025.
We are all so excited about the future of this organisation.
